At SAY Cargo Express, the well-being of our customers, employees and communities is our top priority. We recognize the public concern about the Coronavirus (COVID-19); we are actively monitoring the situation.  We also advise employees to take any signs of illness seriously and seek medical attention as needed.

Our efforts to support the safety of our customers and employees include ensuring stringent cleaning of our facilities, utilizing hand sanitizers and practicing social distancing when interacting with others. Also, at this time we will not receive signatures upon deliveries. Our drivers will ask for the receivers name and print the name along with the date and time and note “COVID-19” next to it to avoid sharing pens or paper.

UPDATE 3/19/20: We have  changed our Proof of Delivery procedures effective, Friday, March 20th, 2020 until further notice

Drivers will not allow customers to sign any paperwork. Drivers will notate consignees 1st and last name, date and time of delivery, and “COVID-19.”
